1. Overview
Rail Kick Soccer is a board soccer game designed for play on one device. The app currently does not provide account registration, login, advertising, in-app purchases, online matches, or transmission of gameplay data to a developer-operated server.
2. Information stored on your device
The app may store the following information locally on your device to keep the game convenient:
- Language preference
- Music, sound-effect, and volume settings
- Game settings such as match mode, goal target, kickoff team, CPU difficulty, player team, camera preference, and arcade item preference
- CPU match statistics, including matches, wins, losses, current and best winning streaks, goals for and against, and wins and losses by difficulty
- A versioned snapshot used to resume an in-progress match, including match settings, score, active team, turn time remaining, player and ball positions, boost state, and resumable free-kick information
This information remains on your device and is not sent to a developer-operated server.
A match snapshot is saved only at a stable normal-turn boundary when players and the ball are at rest, or after free-kick placement is complete and the kick is ready. The app does not save a shot in progress, aiming, incomplete free-kick placement, or moving physics state. If you terminate the app during one of those transitions, relaunching resumes from the most recent saved stable state. Corrupt data and unsupported snapshot versions are not restored and are deleted automatically.
3. Information not requested
During app use, the current app does not request your name, email address, phone number, address, precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, advertising identifier, or payment information.
4. Information handled when you contact support
If you contact info@tkgshoyu.jp, the developer may receive your sender email address, message contents, optional screenshots, device model, operating system version, app version, and other information you choose to include.
This information is used for support responses, issue investigation, handling rights or abuse reports, and maintaining support history. If you want support correspondence deleted, contact the same email address.
5. Third-party services
The app itself does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, social login, or external payment SDKs.
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub Pages may process visitor IP addresses for security purposes. Please review GitHub's privacy documents for information about GitHub's processing.
If you obtain the app through the App Store, Apple may process information related to App Store delivery, downloads, purchase history, ratings, or reviews. Please review Apple's privacy policy for information about Apple's processing.
6. Use of data
Locally stored information is used to restore and display language, audio settings, game settings, and CPU match statistics, and to resume an in-progress match from the most recent stable state. Because the developer does not receive this information on a server, it is not used for advertising, user tracking, external sale, or personal profiling.
7. Retention and deletion
You can delete CPU match statistics by selecting “Reset Stats” in the app's Settings screen. The in-progress match snapshot is deleted when you start a new match, reset the match, or complete the match. You can delete all app data, including other locally stored settings, by deleting the app from your device.
8. Withdrawing consent and contact
The current app does not ask for consent to collect personal data for external transmission. To stop local storage, delete the app from your device.

9. Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents or guardians can manage use through operating system features such as family controls, screen time, or app deletion.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated when app features or publication methods change. The updated date on this page will change when material updates are made.
